The promoters have vast experience in the industry domain, with a broad based board consisting of experienced professional and independent directors. Shri M. Srinivaasan, son of Dr. N. Mahalingam, is the Managing Director of the company. He is a highly qualified and experienced entrepreneur, who has undertaken the day-to-day operations of the Company since 1993-1994.
